What is Classical Education?
Classical Education is a long standing tradition that emphasizes the development of well-rounded individuals through the study of liberal arts, including language, logic and rhetoric. It often includes an emphasis on history and literature. It aims to teach students not just what to learn, but also how to learn, fostering critical thinking and communication skills.
Grammar Program
Grades K-6
The Grammar stage in classical education, the first stage of the Trivium, is focused on laying the foundation of knowledge through memorization and rote learning. It typically occurs during elementary school years (Grades K-5/6). The goal is to build a rich intellectual inventory by memorizing facts, rules, and information.
Our complete Grammar program teaches children Scripture, Latin, English Grammar, Math, Science, History, Geography, Timeline, and Hymns as we work through 4 cycles of History.
Masterpoint
Masterpoint Grades 7-12
The MasterPoint Trail Guide is a series of classical homeschool curriculum guides for grades 7-12, created by JJ Veale, a veteran homeschooling parent with a background in classical education. Each guide provides a 32-week roadmap, blending classical and Charlotte Mason methodologies, to help parents and students navigate junior high and high school education. The curriculum covers core subjects—mathematics, language, science, literature, history, and philosophy—using carefully selected resources like Memoria Press Latin, Novare Science, and Classical literature.
